Do not let the internal components of the pipeline fail due to moisture, and do not touch or squeeze the buttons too hard during use and maintenance. Due to the high sensitivity of the touch switch, the sensitivity of the switch induction will be reduced during use. It is important to seal the switch when necessary to prevent internal components from aging. If the shell ruptures during use, the copper inside the switch will also come out. It is recommended to replace it. Otherwise, using the switch is prone to accidents such as electric shock. Be careful not to touch the switch when your hands are wet. Therefore, accidents such as electric shock may occur.

When welding light touch switch terminals, if a load is applied to the terminals, there may be looseness, deformation, and deterioration of electrical characteristics due to different conditions. Please be careful when using. When using through hole printed circuit boards and circuit boards other than those recommended, due to the influence of thermal stress, there may be changes. Therefore, please confirm the welding conditions in advance. During reflow soldering, due to some non-standard operations, rosin and other filler fluxes entering the interior of the switch can easily lead to poor contact and other phenomena during use. Therefore, by adding appropriate anti rust oil, the rosin on the internal contacts of the switch can be cleaned and the switch can resume operation. But be careful not to use industrial alcohol to clean the interior. Because industrial alcohol can corrode the metal part of the switch, causing it to lose its function.

The structure of a light touch switch can be mainly divided into five parts: cover plate, button, spring piece, base, and pin. Among them, the button refers to the place where external force is applied, the spring piece is a key component, and the on/off is caused by the force change of the spring piece. The pin refers to the connection between the light touch switch and the circuit, usually consisting of five pins, paired in pairs, and one pin is used for grounding. When the switch is correctly subjected to force, When the four pins are connected to each other, the circuit is connected, but when the switch is not properly pressed by external force, the four pins are not connected in pairs, causing the circuit to be in a disconnected state.

How to disassemble a light touch switch? Taking the pictures in the article as an example, most switches are ultimately fixed with hot melt, not a snap type, so the opened switch is basically invalid. Firstly, use a blade to cut off four plastic fixing columns, then pry open the metal cover plate, remove the plastic button to see, and then continue to remove the pot blade. Remove the button of the pot blade, which has three contacts. The upper and lower two correspond to the edge of the pot blade, and the middle contact corresponds to the center of the pot blade. Normally, it does not touch the pot blade. When pressed down, it contacts the middle and connects with the edge before disassembly, which can separate the pin from the plastic.
