For the current use of RJ45 sockets, there are generally two different wiring methods for RJ45 female base wiring, as follows:

The top wiring methods for RJ45 sockets are T568B, and the standard wiring sequence from left to right is: 1-orange white, 2-orange, 3-green white, 4-blue, 5-blue white, 6-green, 7-brown white, and 8-brown.

The second wiring method for RJ45 socket T568A standard wiring sequence from left to right is: 1-green-white, 2-green, 3-orange white, 4-blue, 5-blue-white, 6-orange, 7-brown white, and 8-brown.

There are two common types of RJ45 interfaces: DTE (Data Terminal Equipment) types used for Ethernet cards, routers, Ethernet interfaces, etc., and DCE (Digital Communication Equipment) types used for switches, etc. When two devices of the same type are connected for communication using the RJ45 interface, a crossover connection must be used. If the DTE type interface and DTE type interface are connected without cross connecting pins, the pins in contact are both data receiving (sending) pins and cannot communicate. In addition, some DCE type devices will automatically negotiate with the other party, and in this case, the connection can be made using straight or parallel lines.

The main difference between rj11 and rj45 is that the rj45 interface is an Ethernet interface, and the connecting wires are eight copper core twisted pairs. The RJ11 interface is the interface for a telephone line, and the connecting line is of course a telephone line, consisting of two copper core twisted pairs.
