In addition to using raw materials, electroplating and stamping molds are key tasks in the metal material part; At the mold level, the work involves designing the mold, producing the mold, shooting it into shape, and then combining metal material components to form electronic USB connectors. Guangjiayuan electronic connectors are used in electrical products, playing the role of electronic signal or component connections, belonging to a diversified combination or assembly of goods, and covering core technologies such as copper sheets, surface electroplating, precision mechanical processing, and plastic molding

Pins may also experience distortion, fragmentation, or deformation during the process of feeding stamped pins into electroplating equipment. And these quality defects are easily detected through the above techniques.


3. Molding refers to the plastic box seat of Electrical connector, which is made by injecting molten plastic into the metal mold, and then rapidly cooling and forming.
