The common quality issues with USB female connectors are as follows:

b. The plastic material is brittle and lacks toughness. Require suppliers to control raw material materials and conduct plastic product damage testing during feeding to improve.
c. Dimensional deviation of plastic parts. Measure the dimensions of the plastic parts on the product drawing when feeding. Ensuring product consistency can solve problems.
