According to the published protocol, the biggest change in the USB type-c 2.1 standard protocol is that the power supply power has become higher, increasing from the original 20V/5A power supply to 48V/5A, and upgrading from 100W to 240W. However, if you want to experience the high power supply of 480W, it seems that both the charger and cables need to be redesigned, and a new Extended Power Range (ERP) cable needs to be used.
